car beeps every so often have checked fluid levels, trans was low have topped it up. sometimes beeps as the key is turned off

Dont have alarm, but it did have different lights fitted which I had to have removed because they would not pass a wof. Now thinking maybe since auto electrician did this beeps may have started. Will talk to him
