Hello I have heard that these cars are bad for blowing headlight bulbs also for fault catalack converters and also bad oxygen sensors any feedback? Thanks

Any car will blow the odd headlight bulb (no different from bulbs in your home). There are a few reasons why a car might blow bulbs more than it should;
1) Cheap bulbs or high wattage aftermarket bulbs that generate excessive heat..
2) Alternator overcharging causing excessive voltage
3) Battery in poor condition resulting in voltage fluctuations.
There's no reason why a well maintained Legacy should blow bulbs any more than the next car.
Likewise, catalytic converters and oxygen sensors should not cause any more trouble than any other car.
