Hi
Can someone supply me with the rear shock absorber torque settings for a 2004 Toyota Echo purchased new in New Zealand? I have settings for a 2004 Yaris H/B. Would these be appropriate?

The Yaris was badged Echo in New Zealand at the time, so they are the same car. Go with the settings you have for Yaris.
