I brought a ford festiva however there was no log book. Are you able to advise whether it's easy to obtain a log book. Would the ford dealer be able to retrieve this information?
The dealer will only be able to get historic information if the previous owner ( or owners) had the car serviced within the Ford dealer network. If the car was serviced elsewhere, it is nearly impossible to get a service record.

Ford dosen't have this manual anymore, wondering where else i could get one
There is company in West Auckland that sells translated manuals. These manuals are not original but are good enough for information. If JPNZ can't help you, they might be able to point you in the right direction.
