Only travelled 95000km.Very good condition but sometimes the auto gearbox seems as if it don't switch over to the next gear smoothly.Almost like it is gliding into the next gear.Do I need to get it checked ou?Also,what will the estimate cost be to put in new brakes?

I suggest you have the transmission checked out by a specialist. It may be something simple, but continuing to use the vehicle with a flaring transmission could potentially cause more damage.
Regarding the brakes, it depends on what is required to be replaced. If it's just front pads and machine the discs, perhaps $250. Again, have a mechanic check the brakes over to see what is required and ask for an estimate before they go ahead with the work.
