The cambelt is overdue for replacement, and is necessary. 100,000km or 5 years, whichever comes first is when we would advise replacing the cambelt. As it is a rubber toothed belt, it does deteriorate with age as well as mileage.
In the event of a breakage, serious and expensive damage will be done to the engine.
