I took my 2004 Holden Acclaim to an authorised dealer because the passenger door would not open.
The car was under a 3 year warranty which expired at the end of November 2008. While under warranty, it had both back doors fixed for the same problem.
This time however I was told they would not fix the door under warranty or even give me a discount. It cost me $283 in parts and $156 labour.
I have owned Holden's for 20 years and are most unhappy with their current service levels.
