I am considering the purchase of a 2007 toyota aurion 3.5 v6. I have heard that to replace a waterpump on this model requires removal of the engine. I cannot find any confirmation of this on the internet.do you think this is correct? If so i will be looking at another model. Thanks,Tom.

The water pump can be changed without removing the engine, however it is a very big job. Our sources tell us it takes around 11 hours on the 3.5 V6 Aurion!
