my car's wiper blades doesn't stop at the base when i turn it off. sometimes it stops midway, most of the times it just stops wherever it wants. i'm beginning to think it will put me in an unsafe position if i don't have it fixed soon but i called AA and they said its okay. IS IT REALLY OKAY?

If the wipers are working OK but just not parking (ie; you have to turn them off when they reach the bottom of the screen), I can't see any reason why this will put you in an unsafe position and it's certainly not something that would require calling an AA Roadservice officer.
If you want the problem repaired, any auto-electrician will be able to attend to this for you.
