I have a 2.3L Nissan Teana 2004 with a 130k clock. No plugs or injectors changed so far. Do you recommend changing them now? Thanks.

As a generalisation, manufacturers usually recommend changing long life plugs at 100,000km, so it would be a good idea to remove and check the plugs as a minimum - and perhaps change them as a matter of course.
The injectors would not normally be touched unless they are causing a problem, so no need to change them.
