Hi,
I have a 1991,p10 nissan primera. Lately I have noticed that when i apply my brakes the reversing beep comes on and it is a pain to listen to.
What would be causing my car to do that?

It's hard to know what might be causing this problem without hands-on diagnosis. However, one potential problem could be a faulty earth in one of your taillights causing the brake lights to back-feed through the reverse lights when you apply the brakes.
It sounds like a job for an auto-electrician.

Thanks for the advise. I have found the problem was in my boot lights and it was a broken wire. So i will get hubby to fix it for me.
