Every time I push the button to wind the glass up it makes a noise and I have to push the glass myself to close the window please help,help help

It sounds like the window regular and glass have parted company if you have to manually push the glass down.

First step would be to remove the door trim and have a look for an obvious problem.

It may get a little complicated and a job best left to your local garage.
