Hi, I have a 2001 2.4L Toyota Camry ACV30. Everytime the car stop with engine running, the car vibrates and very noisy. I am sure the Camry should not vibrate so much. Now could it be the engine idling speed to low (around 700-800 rpm). Do I need to tune up the engine idling speed? The vibration goes away when I press the accelerator or let the gear goes to neutral.
The idle speed screw will be preset and should not be tampered with. If the engine has a rough idle you need to take it into a garage so a mechanic can carry out some basic checks.
