My Toyota Premio 1997 model last had a cambelt change in Dec 2005. I've been told that it will require a cambelt change at either 7.5 years or 150,000 km. The car has currently done 140,000 plus km and I am doing low km's these days. According to the years, it would be due some time in 2012. Can anyone verify this information please.

Without an engine number to refer to, it is a bit of an educated guess for this model to be honest.

We believe the replacement period to be 100,000km or 5-years whichever comes first.

You may be better to confirm this with your local Toyota Dealer.

According to my records the Engine Number is 3S8059295. Thanks for your response and advice.
