I normally perform my own oil and filter changes on my Toyota Ipsum. What I am unsure about is greasing my car.
How often should this be done and is it just best to get a garage to do it?
Is this called a lube?

The modern mainstream motor vehicle (at least the last 20 years or so) have no grease nipples at all to worry about. Your Ipsum is no exception.
A lube service these days normally consists of an oil and filter change, tyre pressure & condition check (incl spare), check of under bonnet fluids (cooling system, brakes, clutch where applicable), hoses, lights and a general good look under the vehicle (cv joints, brake hoses, exhaust and suspension etc).
Where possible, most good mechanics will have a look at the brake pad condition as well. In some cases the wheels need to be removed to check the brakes fully.
A drop of lubricant around door and boot hinges is also recommended.
The secret to a good service these days is to use good quality fluids (engine oil & filter) and keeping a close and trained eye on the cooling system and other high risk areas.
I have to say I am a am a real fan of using genuine or manufacturers recommended fluids when it comes to cooling systems and automatic transmissions.
