I believe my car has a sealed trans unit. Do I need to get any servicing at all done on it? If so at what frequency? Thanks

Our good friends at Volvo NZ tell us the transmission in the S60 has no recommended time/distance service period.

Obviously the transmission should be checked for leaks and performance but apart from that nothing else is required.

A sealed transmission can often be a blessing as it stops the non franchise garages from adding non genuine fluids or recommending unnecessary and costly servicing.
