Does it have a D engine ? how many ks can I expect from the engine with regular professional servicing

The NZ new Corolla is a very good choice of vehicle (not a D4 engine). Based on its well known and proven reliability record you could expect at least 130k's without too many problems.

Use that as a guide only, it’s a mass produced motor vehicle and anything can happen regardless of its service history.

Having a proven service history however certainly reduces risk.
