I have a 2004 mitsi colt 1.5 (not the plus) and I will soon need to get a set of tyres. I have had quotes from $100 to $220/tyre fitted and balanced. What is a reasonable price and quality?

I'm uncertain as to the exact size of tyre fitted to your Colt, however there is no need to go for top of the range tyres on a vehicle such as this, so I would not spend $220 per tyre.
For most mainstream passenger cars, a reasonable quality tyre can usually be had for around $140ish.
