Mitsubishi Delica diesel. When cold starts immediately but have to keep revs up for about 5 minutes before moving or it stalls. Even keeping revs up it often stalls and is then difficult to start again. Once warm it will start no problem.
Have had glow plugs replaced with no improvement.

These engines can suffer from an air bleed from the high pressure pump input shaft seal which can in turn cause a starting problem.

You really need to take the vehicle into a Diesel specialist for investigation as any such repairs won’t be cheap. They will know all the short cuts to quickly check for air leaks etc.
