Can anyone advise what grade of oil I should use for Mazda Demio 1340cc 2003 model?

I would look for either a 10-30 or a 15-40 grade of oil. The higher the mileage the more I would swing to the higher grade (15-40). For top-ups it would not matter which grade you used.

It would not hurt to give your local Mazda dealer a call and ask them what brand of oil they recommend for this model as they are changing fluids on a repetitive basis and must have a preference.

Also think about the environment if you are thinking of doing an oil change at home and dispose of the old oil in the proper manner.

Don’t forget the oil filter either, for me it’s very hard to go past the genuine or an approved aftermarket product.
