Hi,
I have a Honda CRV 2012, bought in June last year (used). In January the oil light came on intermittently. The dipstick seemed to be dry. Since January I have added 6L of OW-20 oil, and now the oil light is showing again - flashing on and off. And the dipstick seems to show no oil. So I have bought another 6L of oil. How much should I put in? There is no sign of oil leaking on the ground, and no smoky exhaust fumes. Thank youl.

Hi there may be an oil consumption issue with the engine the vehicle could be burning oil.
Have you noticed blue smoke if you accelerate briskly ?
I recommend taking it in to be assessed, also 6l seems like too much oil for that model.
