1. I didn't use wiper to clean the windscreen. Do I need to fill in the glass water? Can I use normal water to replace the glass water? (I just bought the car from dealer, I didn't use wiper to clean, but today I used, I found no glass water, does the dealer need to fill in?)
2. My car is BMW 116i. When I picked up the car from dealer, there was a exclamation mark next to the mileage with 3 figures, is 014, now the number has increased to 880. This number goes up when I drive. Some people said it is sub-mileage, but why it has exclamation mark in front. My friend's bmw doesn't has exclamation mark, only has numbers. Guide book sais it need to be serviced. But before I picked up the car, dealer has serviced. Because it is three figures, so I worried how it will be after the number is 999.

Hi you can fill up the washer reservoir with just plain water.
If you have a warning light on the dashboard I would contact the dealer if the vehicle has just been serviced the center they took it to may have perhaps forgotten to reset the service light.
Either way I think the dealer needs to look into this issues for you they don't appear to be major but should be looked into promptly.
