Hi, my Corolla station wagon has a bit of a problem when I put it under pressure at high speed and revs. It jerks and loses power. I've had the spark plugs changed but with no success. Here is a video of the issue while driving: https://youtu.be/PpzYv4ALpRA

You asked this same question on the 25th June, and the information given below is still the same.
I would first be checking things like the sparkplugs for wear or signs of misfire and coils for any signs of leaking, I would also recommend checking and possibly cleaning the throttle flap/intake area. It might be that the vehicle needs to go to a workshop with a dyno in order to find a high speed and revs kind of problem that doesn't easily replicate.
