Could you please give me advice on the following issues that have been raised at service:
- spark plugs need replacing because "very worn" > this is after 11 month/14700km ago new ones were fitted....reasonably possible?
-rack bushes developing play > is this serious/dangerous?
-engine and cabin air filters need replacing because they are very clogged > reasonable after a new engine air filter was fitted 2 yrs ago? Do they get exchanged instead of cleaned?

These issues are on a Caldina 2002, regularly serviced with 240000km.

Hi there,
Standard sparkplugs will be good for around 30,000km so they might show some wear after 15,000km but shouldn't require replacement just yet.
Steering rack mount bushes affect the handling of the vehicle and are also a WoF fail if there is play, so best to get on to them before WoF time. It is recommended to at least clean air and pollen filters every service and replace every 30,000 as a general rule if the manufacturers intervals are not known.
