Hi,

I have what seems to be a minor issue with my car (Nissan Note 1.2l 2014 DIGs) where I hear a weird springy noise when I take my foot off the accelerator going at normal speeds (50kms). It doesn't always happen but it definitely doesn't sound normal when it does. I also experience some kind of automatic braking when I take my foot off the accelerator before I even touch the brake. I'm not sure if this is normal but it seems like both these issues are related somehow.

If I want to check out these issues what kind of service would I have to get? Would I have to get a full service (ie. bronze to platinum service) or is there some kind of service where I get just get these issues checked?

I would recommend booking in specifically to get this issue looked at and diagnosed in addition to and before a service. This is to make sure that the issue can be focused on and repairs discussed before the vehicle is serviced.
