In June 2020 I took delivery of a new Chevrolet Silverado 1500 from Davies Motors in Manukau.
Ever since then I have been complaining about a rattle/loose noise in the steering column.
There has been correspondence between myself, Davies, Scofields and HSV in Australia, but my vehicle still hasn't been fixed.
After 9 months HSV still cannot rectify my problem and I think I need to ask for a replacement vehicle or my money back.
Can the AA help by inspecting my vehicle and then representing me in a refund/exchange claim ?
