My rear door handle no longer opens the door from the inside, and it feels as though a cable or something is no longer attached as there is barley any tension when I pull it. The handle itself is intact and not broken, but the door will not open from the inside. It will still open from the outside though. Any recommendations on where I can get it repaired and how much it might cost? It's a 2004 Subaru Outback. Thanks.
