Just bought an new imported 2nd hand car and headlight unit loose. The fitting holding it in is broken. Is the dealer responsible to replace. New warrent of fitness given on selling to us.
Part of the plastic fitting left on seat when we picked car up.

Hi there,
If you buy a vehicle from a dealer it must be fit for purpose and have a wof no less than 4 weeks old at the time you receive it.

Thank you. I thought that was the case. They obtained new wof last week upon us taking ownership of vehicle.
