I have had the P0420 TW Catalyst syst B1 error come up on my car several times and had air filter and spark plugs replaced and the light (error) is back again.

How much does it cost to replace the Catalytic coverter?

You will need to price such an item from the vehicle manufacturer, generally new they are not cheap, maybe a few thousand for the unit- plus labour to fit. You may be able to locate one secondhand, but there is no guarantee it's not the same or how long it would last.
