My car ‘Ford Focus 2012’ has recently had the cam belt changed as it had come up to 100,000km at the local AA garage. Ever since then the engine light has come up. The local AA garage has twice checked the timing and apparently had to get a special tool in related to the make etc to ensure no fault in the timing. The ongoing light issue still pops up and has been reset by there computer scanner many times. The car drives fine and the light come on unexpectedly ie not initially when first started. Is there something the AA garage is missing ie realignment of sensor?? Or something else you can help with.
