Hi , I bought used car yesterday from dealer and dealer told me :” I can do service and wof “ they will pay me back. Now I went to service and service book is not in car, now what can I do ?

Unless you buy a vehicle brand new, the chances are that there won't be a service book, even less if it's a Japanese import. So it is often not known what has been serviced/replaced or when. So basically you start from scratch and have the workshop look over the car as part of the service and they will check the condition of service items and make a list of recommendations and ask for them in a list of importance for you to work through.
Make sure you have it in writing exactly what they are paying for and the dollar value they are willing to pay. You might find that they will only want to pay for a wof, engine oil and an oil filter.
