What is the recommended oil for my 2006 Toyota Fielder 1800 engine please

Hi there,
The closest vehicle type I can find in the Castrol website lists 5w30 or 10w30 oil grades. Which is in line with most Japanese vehicles of this age, some owners switch to 15w40 or similar if it uses a bit of oil.
