Hi,
I have a 2006 Toyota Corolla GL. When towing, should I have the overdrive on or off when towing long distance at 90km/h? Also, should the overdrive be on or off when towing just around town? And, does the weight amount being towed make a difference (as to whether the overdrive should be on or off)? Thank you.

It's generally advised to have the overdrive off when towing as it can be a bit harder on the transmission, with the exception of a flat road while travelling at 90kmh- I would otherwise leave it off. Some vehicles can handle it, and you might need to for the hills and town.
