Hi there
Today morning when I turned on the engine it just suddenly showed a coolant warning light and when I switched off engine and turned it on it was not showing warning light and wen I checked the coolant level the dip stick was inside ...so I have checked for visible leaks ...but I couldn't find anything...and I top up with penrite universal top up coolant which is premixed ....so was that safe to do?? I'm so worried that whether I have used the correct coolant

Hi there,
If you have checked that all the levels are correct and you have no visible leaks on the ground, it may be that the float level sensor is sticking or has a loose connection. You might need to call road service if you are unsure and the light is on, or take it to a workshop to be assessed to give you piece of mind.
