Hi I have enjoyed this car , my first venture into hybrids but am conscious that it may need a new ima battery , and hence wonder
1) how do you tell the battery is failing
2) I am in Nelson so who does hybrid batteries here
3) is it best to get a brand new one or reconditioned one ?

Also please how often do I change the oil and the spark plugs and other servicing .
