Hi, my partner's Mark X driver window seems to have come off its tracks and won't wind up properly. Is there an available video or manual we can access to do this? I have tried to track one down but can't seem to find anything. Would appreciate any suggestions.

As this vehicle is an import, there will not likely be much information available in NZ for it. All you can do is Google search or take it to a workshop to get sorted. You may find the regulator will require replacement.

Thanks for getting back to me, I suspected as much but thought it may be less time consuming to DIY rather than taking the vehicle to a workshop. We managed to find a video based on the Lexus which is the same basic design but there some differences which could end up being more of an issue.
