I just done the Wof in AA. Passed.
The brake performance shows that
LF 269 LR 188
RF 320 RR181
AA staff told me I need to change my front brakes ASAP.
But I see this reading data are very low on rear... Did he give the right suggestion?
Do I need to replace my brakes?

The braking system can still operate effectively even as the components wear. So they may be referring to the physical condition of the brakes requiring replacement even though operationally they work fine. You will always have less braking force on the rear as the vehicle needs more braking up the front as most of the weight is concentrated there.
