Hi there. I has some Superia RS300 ASY 85V put into my car. Wasn't really what I wanted but was done when I got to the garage. That aside does anyone have any experience with them good or bad? They are on a Lancer wagon. I am not looking for top of the range just something safe and cost effective.

We've not heard of them, nor received any feedback good nor bad on them. Generally with a tyre you get what you pay for- these type of tyres may be noisy, or not be as versatile in every road situation (grip level in wet or dry conditions etc) as more "known" brands. Or you might just have a good deal on a cheap tyre that does exactly what you need.
