Hi there, we were test driving a Mazda Premacy which has done 110k km and it seems quite noisy, is this normal? It’s 2006 and 2.0 litres, but it seemed to vibrate quite a bit even going 40 km per hour on a smooth and flat road, with the dashboard the most obvious vibration. It seems a lot noisier than the Isis which we also tested out.

Any idea as to whether the issue is something to worry about, as we really need to buy a car soon.

Cheers
Scott

Hi there,
Cars in general should not really vibrate when driving, it could be something simple like too much air in the tyres, or some more complex like a worn engine mount. Either way it's best to have it checked out before purchase to make sure it is something that can be found and remedied at a low cost.
