Would a Toyota Harrier 3.5L Petrol Be suitable to tow a double braked horse float with two horses weight being about 2500 - 3000kg?

Hi there,
Unfortunately as the vehicle is an import, there is no spec information available. But I would think that this weight is too much for the Harrier, a Toyota Highlander of similar year (2008) only has a braked tow capacity of 2,000kg as an example.
