Does the AA provide any emergency charging to electric vehicles, or still only provide a flat bed tow home or to a destination such as a charging station?

I've seen this same question asked in 2016:

At this stage it is only a tow available for a flat EV, I don't think there's a commercially available potable EV charge unit out as yet.

Thanks for the answer. I'd seen this article issue 17 May 2018 which seems to point to such a device being available to roadside assistance vehicles:

In light of this, would the AA consider the pros/cons of carrying such a device?
