Hi I brought a Mazda axela 2009 with the batteries flat. It has 2 batteries with one of them being start stop battery . I’ve charged up The main battery but car still doesn’t start. Do I need the istop battery charged up for the car to run ? And also can the car run on just one battery 12v? Thanks

Both the batteries should be charged for the system to function correctly I would suggest contacting the road service team and have battery van come to assess both batteries if you are still having issues, they may need to carry out some kind of reset procedure depending on the model.
