Hi. I’m looking at buying a automatic 2002 BMW 320i which has done 125,000km. Is there anything I should look out for or be wary about? Will be averaging about 10,000km per year.

Longevity of a 16 year old car will very much depend on how it has been looked after and serviced. While these cars are known to be pretty reliable, the cooling systems and electrics can be a bit problematic as they age. A pre purchase inspection is recommended.
