I bought my Nissan Tiida 2007 3weeks ago.
After 1week purchaging, I heard sound like scratching ground, when I take off my foot from break pedal and when I get out the car after parking. So I've just tried little bouncing on driver seat and I heard the same sound every bouncing.
What is the problem and is this mechanical problem which I can complain to dealler??

If you have bought the vehicle from a dealer I would take it back and perhaps replicate the noise for them, you should offer them the opportunity to remedy the noise,

It sounds like this issue will need to be investigated by a mechanic.
