I had the Platinum service and it was the worst service ever done on my car. I had to take my car back because of poor performance after AA had "done" their servicing and then AA said I had to take it to Beaurepairs because the wheels needed balancing!!! All the wheeIs were removed by the AA service centre and changed round but tyre pressure was not checked and wheels were not balanced. Beaurepairs could not believe that tyre pressure was not checked. What is included in a Platinum service?

The platinum service does not include balancing of tyres.
The tyre pressure should have been checked as part of the service and the tyres rotated if necessary.
I would suggest discussing your concern with the manager of the AA Auto Centre and they can pull up the job card and investigate this further for you.

Thanks In hindsight I should have done that but didn't.
I thought when wheels are removed and rotated, they needed balancing. Is this not the case?
One last question, in your opinion which service centre in Auckland is the best AA Service centre? I am THINKING of giving you another try.
