If you a exiting a driveway on a blind corner very slowly (because you can’t see what’s coming either direction), and a motorcycle suddenly appears around the corner & hits your car, who is at fault?

Hi there,
Because the vehicle was entering a road contrary to the flow of traffic already travelling on the road, the vehicle exiting the drive would be seen to be at fault. It would be a very unfortunate incident, but any traffic already travelling on the road has right of way.
Here is a piece from the road code: Turning from a driveway
If you are driving out of a driveway:
Slow down to a complete stop at the end of the driveway
Check the road and footpath for pedestrians, vehicles and other hazards
Give way to:
Anyone using the footpath
Cyclists using a cycle path or cycle lane
Vehicles on the road, including vehicles turning right into the driveway.
