after heavy traffic like traffic jam my car nissan rnessa automatic 1999 gets stuck in the gear and smell a litle bit burned but the motor is not overheating and there is enough transmission fluid i only have this problem after 30 minute heavy traffic what could be the problem here ? and what would be the best solution to fix it ?

It would be advisable for you to have a transmission specialist take a look and advise, it may be a fluid supply or condition problem or something that would need to be found sooner rather than later before it fails completely and leaves you stranded.
