I am looking on buying a Vw Golf 2005 FSI 2.0 running at a 98k mileage. Will it be a worth the buy? could u also give a little insight on its maintenance and repairs (how much) ? thank you :)

As a general rule, European vehicles as they age do cost more in maintenance and repairs, a 13 year old Golf fits right inside this category. Longevity will also depend on maintenance up to this point and how it has been treated for the 98k. There is not really a cost factor you can put on this, as it is not clear exactly what would/could go wrong but cooling systems and transmission are two areas I would pay extra attention to.
