I am buying a car Mazda axela 2006 and notice there is some moisture in the drivers side headlight. Will this be a problem when it comes to WOF?

Yes moisture in a headlight can fail a wof and cause deterioration of the reflective surface inside the headlight if it is not remedied.
Headlights are not the easiest to clear moisture from either, the bulb needs to be removed and air blown in from the back.
