Hi there,
When one have an AA Platinum Service holder does it mean one will be entitled for the Bronze services every 6 months, Silver/Gold every 12 months and of course the Platinum services every 24 months?

Or one can only have all the services every 24 months?

Hi Hermie,
There is no requirement to have these services in order, it is a natural recommendation to start with the Bronze and work your way up to Platinum and then start over again.
Once a year or 10,000 kms is also an acceptable service interval.
